At the client's request we can:

• Provide cost estimates for implementation;
• Provide bills of quantities and a detailed specification;
• Inspect work on site, issuing landscape architects' instructions and certificates through to completion;
• Monitor contractor's work and assess completed schemes before the end of the defects liability period;
• Provide a maintenance schedule for the client;
• Provide verbal consultancy and advice on an hourly basis at the client's garden;
• Provide written garden appraisals.
