Taking into account changes requested by client, sketch scheme prepared, indicating size and character of project and spatial arrangements, materials and appearance. Advising client on cost charges. Discussion with planning authorities and statutory bodies and outline planning permission sought as necessary.
Prepared in sufficient detail to obtain client's approval of proposed materials, techniques and standards of workmanship. Co-ordination of proposals by other consultants if design team leader. Detailed, scaled planting plans and/or construction drawings prepared. Carrying out further cost checks. Detailed planning and building legislation prepared as necessary.
